Searing the sausage so the sausage curve develops, then straighting the sausage when turned.

The raised channels then provide a whole heat that evely cooks the straighted sausages.

With the UPANs® single casting construction the handle will last the life of the pan

The seasoned non – stick surface is easily maintained and repaired if required
